I am a fifth-year thesis student at Virginia Tech majoring in Architecture, double minoring in Residential Environments and Adaptive Brain and Behavior. My current academic focus has been on the implications of cognitive neuroscience within architecture, and I am eager to research this fascinating topic in the coming years. This interest and effort invested in neuroscience does not negate my passion and knowledge regarding architecture and architectural language; however, I am constantly researching and educating myself on cognitive neuroscience and neuroarchitecture on my own time.

I was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to the United States at the age of 13. During my fourth year of architecture, I did an exchange to the Netherlands at TU Delft while traveling to 15 other European countries, directly inserting myself into the European school system and culture. My international background has made me conscious of cultural and environmental effects from neuropsychological and architectural perspectives.

Constantly searching for more connections; Official portfolio, resume, and references are available upon request.
